Trading with CFDs (contracts for difference) allows you to focus on possibility and evaluate whether the value of a particular financial instrument would increase or decrease. In a nutshell it means trading with CFDs to speculate on future price of the underlying instrument, but unlike traditional stock trading, it does not physically counts with the instrument. A contract for difference is an agreement by which two parties exchange the cash flow resulting from the spread between the price of an underlying financial asset that occurred in the interval between the time of opening and closing time of the contract. Profit or loss is determined by the difference between purchase price and sale price, of course multiplied by the number of contracts possession. There is no charge and stamp duty, but one must pay a fee that is calculated as a percentage of the value of the transaction. CFDs are margin products that can benefit from amplification to determine the financial levels, or by paying a minimum initial deposit (margin) and can operate from a position higher than which would occur in the stock trading tradition. Thanks to trading CFDs, one can take advantage of the DMA (Direct Market Access) since each open contract will go directly to the stock exchange price of the underlying market. The types of market where one can work with the CFD are varied and similar to those in which it is expected to operate while using more traditional methods, ranging from foreign exchange (Forex) indices and actions. They also offer new possibilities to take advantage of financial markets such as the increasingly attractive binary options.
